General Guidelines

• The Commercial use of commissions has to be specified before starting the commission.
• I do not permit anyone to feed my art into AI software, including commissioners!
• If you’re an author please conctact me directly though my e-mail!
• References, specifics, colors, ideas, moodboards... etc are much appreciated! (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)
• As the artist, I maintain all rights for my work and I may use it for my needs, such as portfolios and social media content, unless discussed otherwise by both parties
• You're welcome to upload your commission to social media!! (as long as you give me credit for it);
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
• I can refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable working on.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Payment & Refunds

• I usually require the payment upfront.
  • You can request a payment in instalments (50% to book the commission, 50% upon the final delivery).
• Payments are handled via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
• Due to the digital nature of my work there will be no refund after the agreement is reached and the payment is made.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
• Any attempt to issue an unauthorized chargeback will result in the commissioner being blacklisted from future commissions.

Commission Process & Revisions

• I will send a WIP (work in progress) image in the sketch phase, after lineart, base colors.
• You can ask for updates, not daily.
• Every time I send a WIP to a client I expect a feedback.
• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
• After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order)
• In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
• All my commissions are going to be shown on my public page of bookings, if you requested an NDA I will give you a code (ex.NDA001) and you’ll be able to track the progress of your commission with that code.

Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

After acceptiong the commission I will finish the artwork within the same month. If delays arise I will notify you!

Projects requested on a tight turnaround may be subject to rush fees (+25-50%)

Delivery & File Formats

Final artwork will be sent as .jpeg .png and .tiff via Email or Google Drive link If you need a version of the commission without a background it has to be specified before starting the commission.

Licence and Usage

• I retain full copyright and commercial rights to the commissioned artwork unless explicitly purchased by the client.
• You may not edit, alter, or modify the artwork in any way. This includes applying filters, recoloring, cropping out watermarks, or using AI tools.
• If you create commercial products with my artwork without purchasing commercial rights, I retain the right to pursue legal action to recover lost income.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: advertisements, merchandise, books, packaging… essentially anything marcketed, sold or promoting a business.

Personal

The artwork will be used in a form of personal enjoyement/gift without any means of profit. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. And if you post it on your personal profile on social media tag me! ⭐

Commercial Promotional (+25%)

A commercial contract that grants the client non-exclusive use of the artwork for promotional purposes only. This includes freebies, posts on social media, websites, and other online platforms to promote their product. This licence explicitly prohibits any use of the artwork that directly generates revenue.

Commercial non-exclusive (+50%)

Client acquires commercial rights to use the image as part of their brand, promote a product or generate revenue in any form and I as the artist keep the right to sell stamps or other products with the artwork on it if I wish to.

Commercial Exclusive (+60%)

A commercial contract that grants the client exclusive rights to use it for its designated purpose - meaning I may NOT sell it as I wish - within the category specified. The client does not own the copyright and may only use it as explicitly stated in the contract. Client acquires commercial rights to use the image as part of their brand, promote a product or generate revenue in any form.

Copyright

• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.

NDA - Privacy Request

• If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
• The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
• However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
• The NDA fee is +5% of the total quote
• All my commissions are going to be shown on my public page of bookings, if you requested an NDA I will give you a code (ex.NDA001) and you’ll be able to track the progress of your commission with that code.

Behavior & Termination of Commission

Abuse, harassment, or any form of disrespect toward me as the artist will result in immediate termination of the commission with no refund. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
